KAMBRIQ owns no land and sells none. We select partners’ land, check it, and tell you honestly how far its file has got.
No plot is shown on this public site. The detailed file of a plot is shared with you after a first conversation and an identity check. That way you know who you are dealing with, and so do we.
The selection
Every plot belongs to a partner. Before it is shown to you, it goes through the same steps.
The owner, or whoever holds the right to sell, submits the land to us.
The title goes through the seven points of KAMBRIQ VERIFY™. Land that fails does not enter.
According to the state of its registration and subdivision.
After a conversation and an identity check, never in open access.
Your nationality changes the conditions of acquisition, and for some plots whether you may acquire at all. We check it before opening a file to you.
The three labels
A label does not say a purchase is safe. It says how far the administrative procedure has got, what remains to be done, and what that changes for you.
Registration done, subdivision done
The land title is issued and subdivision is complete.
You become the owner when the notarial deed is signed. This is the most advanced file.
Registration done, subdivision in progress
The land title is issued.
Ownership is deferred until subdivision is complete, and that timeframe depends on the administration.
Registration in progress
The registration procedure has started.
The longest and least certain wait before you own the land. If the price is lower, it is because of that delay and that uncertainty.
KAMBRIQ presents no KAMBRIQ VEFL™ or KAMBRIQ VEFIL™ plot as an acquisition whose transfer is assured, nor as a mere formality awaiting completion. The terms of use say so.
