Planning to buy land in Cameroon without being able to visit? We check the title before you commit, introduce you to land whose file has been checked, and stay with you until the notarial deed.

  7. History

Online sales are not open. Land files are shared after a first conversation and an identity check. No payment for land is made on this site.

Method

How we work with you

Four stages, each with someone responsible. Administrative timeframes in Cameroon are uncertain: at every stage we tell you where your file stands.

  1. A first conversation

You describe your project, budget and constraints. We tell you what we can do, and what we do not do.

    You and KAMBRIQ

  2. Verification

The title is checked on seven points. You receive a report and a written opinion.

  3. The land file

Once your identity is checked, you access the detailed file of a plot in our selection.

  4. The notarial deed

The notary authenticates the sale and checks the seller’s capacity. Nobody replaces the notary, us included.

The three labels

Three stages of a file, not three levels of safety

Every plot in our selection carries a label saying how far registration and subdivision have got. The further the file, the shorter the wait before you own the land.

  • KAMBRIQ TFL™

    Title issued, subdivision complete.

You become the owner when the notarial deed is signed.

  • KAMBRIQ VEFL™

    Title issued, subdivision in progress.

Ownership is deferred until subdivision is complete.

  • KAMBRIQ VEFIL™

Registration in progress, subdivision to follow.

The longest wait, and the least certain.

What each label means for you

Before you trust us

Three things you can check yourself

We do not ask you to take our word for it. Here is what you can check without us.

  1. The agent who contacts you

Every certified KAMNET™ agent has a certificate number. Enter it: the page tells you whether it is valid, expired or revoked.

    Check a certificate
  2. The title you are offered

A KAMBRIQ VERIFY™ report lists what was checked, how, and what could not be.

See how a report is built
  3. The sale itself

It is concluded before a notary, who authenticates it. We advise you; we do not replace the notary.

    Read our method

Remember: you never hand money to a KAMNET™ agent, for any reason. An agent receives no funds. If anyone asks you to, write to us.

Do you have a land project? Let's talk.

A first conversation commits you to nothing.
