1. Publisher#

The kambriq.com site and its subdomains are published by Visquis MIAFFOSSA, a natural person, on behalf of KAMBRIQ, a company in the course of formation.

The legal form, share capital, RCCM registration number, taxpayer number and registered office will be stated in these legal notices once the company is registered.

2. Publication director#

The publication director is Visquis MIAFFOSSA, co-founder of KAMBRIQ.

3. Hosting#

The site is hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (R.C.S. Luxembourg B186284), in the AWS eu-central-1 region (Frankfurt, Germany).

The site's legal texts and editorial pages are managed in the Sanity content service. They contain no personal data about users.

4. Activity#

KAMBRIQ provides land strategy consulting dedicated to land in Cameroon:

• KAMBRIQ LANDS™: presentation, for information, of plots of land in Cameroon. No reservation, no deposit and no sale can be concluded on the site.
• KAMBRIQ VERIFY™: documentary and on-site verification of a plot, against seven control points.
• KAMBRIQ Business School (KBS): training leading to the KCA certificate, issued by KAMBRIQ.
• KAMNET™: a network of independent agents holding the KCA certificate.

KAMBRIQ does not own the plots presented and is not the exclusive agent of their owners. Land transactions remain commitments between the buyer and the seller, executed before a notary under Cameroonian law.

5. Intellectual property#

5.1 Trade marks

KAMBRIQ uses as trade marks the signs KAMBRIQ, KAMBRIQ LANDS™, KAMBRIQ TFL™, KAMBRIQ VEFL™, KAMBRIQ VEFIL™, KAMBRIQ VERIFY™, KAMBRIQ PLAN™, KAMNET™, KBS and KCA. Some of these signs designate services not yet offered on the site; naming them is not an offer of service.

Any use, reproduction or imitation of these signs without KAMBRIQ's prior written permission is prohibited.

5.2 Site content

The texts, images, logos, code and databases of the site belong to KAMBRIQ or its partners and are protected by copyright, notably Annex VII of the revised Bangui Agreement (OAPI) and the French Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, of the site or its content is prohibited without KAMBRIQ's prior written permission.

6. Hyperlinks#

The site may contain links to other sites. KAMBRIQ has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content.

7. Limitation of liability#

KAMBRIQ endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or accurate. KAMBRIQ is not responsible for land investment decisions taken solely on the basis of information published on the site, outside a formal contractual framework with KAMBRIQ.

KAMBRIQ's verification and support services are provided under an obligation of means. Their limits are those of article 6.1 of the Terms of Use.

8. Governing law#

These legal notices are governed by Cameroonian law. They do not deprive a user resident in the European Union of the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence.

9. Changes#

The applicable version is the one published on the site on the date of consultation. Each version carries its number at the top of the text.
