About
KAMBRIQ, and who answers you today
KAMBRIQ advises on land strategy in Cameroon: we check land titles and support purchase projects up to the notarial deed. We do not sell land and own none.
Who answers you today
KAMBRIQ is a company being incorporated. Here, plainly, is what governs the service and what you can check for yourself.
- RCCM number
- Published on registration
- The document that governs the service
- The Verification Mandate for KAMBRIQ VERIFY™, the Land Support Mandate for support, and the terms of use. Reference published with its version.
- Price and terms, before you commit
- KAMBRIQ VERIFY™ costs 179 € (≈ 117 416 FCFA), shown before any request. It is paid by bank transfer, outside this site; the verification starts once payment is confirmed. We will never send you our bank details by email. If you receive such a message, do not pay, and write to us.
- Reaching us, reporting a problem

- What you can check
- The full structure of a KAMBRIQ VERIFY™ report, on a fictional example.
- A real, anonymised report: Published once a client gives written consent
- Timeframes observed on our files: Measured on the first files, published once they exist
- The notary we work with: Named with their written consent
- The certificate of any KAMNET™ agent, by its number, on the check page.
We publish only what is established. What is not yet established is said as such.
What we do
- We check a land title on seven points before you commit.
- We introduce you to partner land whose file has been checked.
- We stay with you until the notarial deed, and tell you at every stage where your file stands.
What we do not do
- We do not sell land and own none.
- No payment for land is made on this site.
- We do not replace the notary, the only authority who authenticates a sale.
- A KAMNET™ agent receives no funds, for any reason.
