KBS - KAMBRIQ Business School
Learn the method before you advise anyone
KBS trains and certifies people who want to support buyers within the KAMNET™ network. You learn Cameroonian land, how a title is checked, and what an agent may do, and may not do.
The role
What a certified agent does
A certified agent is independent: neither an employee nor a legal agent of KAMBRIQ. The role is to welcome, explain and refer.
A certified agent may
- Welcome a land project and understand what the buyer is looking for
- Explain the three labels and what a verification checks
- Refer the buyer to KAMBRIQ for what comes next
- Apply to the KAMNET™ network once certified
An agent may not
- Negotiate the terms of a sale
- Conclude anything on KAMBRIQ’s behalf
- Receive money from a buyer, in any form
- Promise an administrative timeframe or an outcome

The certificate
A certificate the buyer can check
The certificate number can be checked on a public page that says whether it is valid, expired or revoked. That is what separates a certified agent from someone who merely claims to be one.
